"SAY NO TO DRUGS" who are we kidding? only ourselves
the drug companies are cleaning up here.

Lipitor---$5.58 Billion in 2002
Zocor ---$4.07 Billion in 2002

only two drugs being used to lower Cholesterol making almost $10 Billion in 2002. When are we going to wake up and realise that Cholesterol comes from our diets, the only source for Cholesterol is animal products in the diet.

We watched the people change their diets from red meat to chicken the 'better meat' a few years ago.
Chicken has the same amount of Cholesterol as beef.

What needed to be done in to reduce the intake of animal products and increase the intake of fruits and vegetables.

One of the funniest things we've heard is that our Health Clients dont want to eat raw nuts because of the fat...LOL This misinformation and illogical thought we come across is mind boggling.

Good fats verses bad fats. We do need protein but not to the extent that the country is now 60% obese, and taking these dangerous Cholesterol lowering drugs at these stagering amounts.

There is an epidemic in this country foistered by special interest companies like the beef, and dairy industries, even the government got brain washed and supported their promotions.

Please go to Earthsave website and read what eating beef in this country is doing to our land and our water supply, all over the world.
