Bake, broil, steam or grill foods instead of frying them.
Eat fewer "fast foods" (burgers, fried foods), which are high in fat.
Eat more fruits and vegetables.

 Missing link in food chain creates deadly imbalance

Our current health dilemma is comparable to a three-legged stool, with the well-known and familiar vitamins and minerals being two of the legs.
